We are currently looking for testimonials for our products and our services. We have been listening to our customers and want to know even more what you think about all of our items and our service. Not only do we strive to bring a great selection, but we are constantly pushing for better ways to serve our loyal buyers. One way is to get real feedback from YOU, our customers. There are 2 different ways we are accepting testimonials right now…
1) You can email us. We love to hear first-hand how happy or pissed off our customers are with our products and services. If you want to tell us something about them – good or bad — we welcome your written feedback. Just email us at support@jonsmokeshop.com. This is a great way to tell us what we are doing great or what we need to work on! We welcome all comments. Please use subject title as "Testimonial".
2) You can send us a video testimonial. This is the best route to go if you want to get a little something extra…but more about that later! All you have to do is videotape yourself giving us feedback of either a product or our customer support. Post it to our website directly below, or you can upload it to YouTube and send us the link via form below. If you decide to offer us the video we will thank you for the extra work by sending a FREE 3 gram bag of whatever product on our shelves you want to test out!
